End of Course Examination – 2022 (First Semester) 
Notice to the students     

The following decisions were made at the Special Faculty Board of Science which was held on 11.03.2024:

(i) The revised list of students who are not  meeting the minimum requirement to sit the End of Course Examination – 2022 (First Semester) for the respective course units should be made available to the students. [The examination schedule (proper students) posted on 26.02.2024 is cancelled]
(ii) Appeal from the above-mentioned students will be entertained by the dean’s office for the consideration of the Faculty Board of Science.

• The revised lists of students who are not meeting the minimum requirement to sit the End of Course Examination – 2022 (First Semester) for the respective course units are available on the notice board and the faculty website (please click the respective link to find the detail).

• Appeals from those students will be entertained by the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Science before 2 pm on Monday (25.03.2024).

–    The students must fill out the excuse request form uploaded on the faculty website, https://www.sci.jfn.ac.lk/index.php/downloads/ and it should be mentioned as “APPEAL” at the top right-hand corner of the form. The appeal should be accompanied by original documentary evidence for valid excuses listed in the form.  

–   Signatures of the UMO, Academic Counsellor/Director-Physical Education Unit / HoD in the form are not required.
